HBP-EBRAINS Exhibition at European Commission to Open in January 2025

The HBP-EBRAINS exhibition at the L-51 Building of the European Commission in Brussels will be unveiled on 15 January 2025 at 12:30. The opening event, titled "Cracking the Code of the Brain: How Research Breakthroughs will Shape Computing and Medicine Tomorrow", will highlight how EBRAINS is shaping the future of digital neuroscience on a global scale.

Roberto Viola, Director General of DG CONNECT, European Commission, will kick off the event with welcome remarks.

EBRAINS Joint-CEO Katrin Amunts and EBRAINS Chief Science Officer Viktor Jirsa will give a guided tour of the HBP-EBRAINS exhibition, one of the key highlights of the event. The research on display – including detailed photographs, digital renderings, and 3D simulations – is powered by the EBRAINS Research Infrastructure.
