Visualization Hub

The Hub “Visualization” at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain, offers a visual  insight into the brain data in one of these three missions: 

1. Exploration, searching for significant facts within the data to discover meaningful  insights. 
2. Validations, examining and making sense of data. 
3. Explanation, conveying relevant insight to others in order to raise comprehension,  awareness and engagement. 

The Hub “Visualization” will allow the users to visually explore different brain regions in a  multiscale approach, considering different levels of abstraction, offering different and  complementary representations of the same data (for example, realistic or abstract),  considering different domains (structural, functional, connectivity) and with a special focus  on interactivity (exploratory and explanatory visualizations).  

It also provides powerful environments using coordinated views of different tools, with simultaneous visualization of multiple domains. Considering that our tools and technologies are in constant evolution, current examples of these tools are NeuroTessMesh, NeuroScheme, or ViSimpl.
