Molecular and subcellular simulation

The EBRAINS Molecular and Subcellular Level simulation tool suite includes software, databases and custom workflows allowing neuroscientists to build, simulate and analyse molecular and subcellular models. They enable the use of protein structural information to explore and predict molecular interactions and to estimate kinetic parameters. This information can be used to guide the mathematical modeling of subcellular biochemical networks. The tools are designed to support the study of molecular signalling networks, particularly in studies of brain function and neurological disorders. All molecular and subcellular simulation collabs can be found on wiki.ebrains.eu using the prefix search term "molecular tools".
