EBRAINS was present at the Bernstein Conference 2024, held from 29 September to 2 October in Frankfurt, Germany. Organised by the Bernstein Network Computational Neuroscience, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, the conference is recognised as a leading event in the field of computational neuroscience, attracting students, postdocs and PIs from around the world.

The conference featured a diverse programme, including satellite workshops, poster sessions, talks, and a dedicated postdoc meeting, which offered the participants several opportunities for networking and exchanging knowledge.

At the EBRAINS Germany booth, visitors had the opportunity to learn about the wide range of resources offered by the EBRAINS research infrastructure, including e.g., simulation technologies such as NEST and the neuromorphic computing system BrainScaleS-2.
