The OHBM Annual Meeting 2025 will take place at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in Brisbane, Australia, from 24-28 June 2025.
The event will bring together like-minded researchers to engage in educational forums and the exchange of up-to-the-minute, groundbreaking research across neuroimaging methods and applications.
EBRAINS will be present at the event with a booth and presentations.
EBRAINS Chief Science Officer Viktor Jirsa will present 'Connectomes of Neural Fields' on Tuesday 24 June. He will also present the poster 'Paths to depolarization block: modelling neuron dynamics during spreading depolarization events' on 27 June.
EBRAINS researcher Nicola Palomero-Gallagher will present 'Anatomy for beginners' on Tuesday 24 June. The course emphasizes practical learning, with a strong focus on using interactive tools, particularly the Julich Brain Atlas which is available on EBRAINS. She will also act as Chair for the 'Language: Anatomy, Networks and Pathology' session on 26 June and present 'Cyto- and receptor architecture of cortical areas' on 27 June.
EBRAINS researcher Huifang Wang will present 'NFT and Neurostimulation' on Tuesday 24 June at 13:40 as part of an educational course. On Wednesday 25 June she will present 'Virtual brain twins for stimulation in epilepsy' as part of the 'Neural Field Theory and Brain Network Modelling for Human Brain Mapping' session.
EBRAINS research Spase Petkoski will present two posters at the event on 27 and 28 June. He will present 'Space-time structure of the connectome explains frequency-dependent activity in MEG Modeling and Analysis Methods' and 'Data-inferred multiscale brain models for psychiatric disorders'.
